Exhibition Fire and Gourmet Show during the Rio Fashion week

Last week was the Rio Fashion week and the Fashion Business. The Fashion Business is a event, which creates more business opportunities, generate income, jobs, values 170 regional brands and fosters the internationalization of the segment.

For this edition the Fashion Business feature a Gourmet Space, witch took place at The Fashion Mall to present the “Fire” exhibition and The Gourmet Show.

12 Unpublished and  beautiful photos signed by Sergio Pagano created specially for this event and from recipes prepared by Brazilian Chef Ana Ribeiro and produced by Lou Bittencourt.

According to Sergio Pagano, he decompose the recipe  taking various items cooked to convert them in  death nature, but edible .. In the case of the model, the idea was to show a pin up from 60’s, link together fashion and gastronomy.

In contemporary each day a different chef was conducting The Fire Show a series of cooking demonstrations with a delicious tasting at the end. Chefs : Katia Barbosa, Thomas Troisgros, Frèderic de Maeyer and Luca Gozzani.

Exposición Fuego y Gourmet Show durante la Semana de la Moda de Río

La semana pasada se llevo a cabo la Semana de la Moda de Río y el Fashion Business . El Fashion Business es un evento, que crea más oportunidades de negocios, genera ingresos, puestos de trabajo, valoriza màs de 170 marcas regionales y fomenta la internacionalización de este segmento.

Fashion Business dispuso un espacio gourmet, que se llevó a cabo en el Fashion Mall para presentar la exposicion “Fuego” y el Gourmet Show.

12 fotos inéditas firmadas por Sergio Pagano creadas especialmente para este evento con recetas preparadas por la chef brasileña Ana Ribeiro y producido por Lou Bittencourt.

Según Pagano, buscò descomponer las recetas tomando varios elementos cocinados para convertirlos en naturaleza muerta pero  comestibles .. En el caso de la modelo, la idea era mostrar una pin up de los años 60, para vincular la moda y la gastronomía.

En contemporanea cada día un chef diferente realizaba el fuego show una serie de demostraciones de cocina con un deguntaciòn deliciosa al final. Chefs : Katia Barbosa, Thomas Troisgros, Frèderic de Maeyer and Luca Gozzani
