As part of the Brazilian Official Fashion Calendar, Fashion Rio stands as a window for the 3rd largest employment industry in the state. Happening twice a year, it drives millions in business and attracts thousands of visitors to the city, generating income to the segments of tourism, services, hospitality, food and beverage, retail, transport and etc.

Since 2009, under the direction of Luminosidade, Fashion Rio is included in the city’s urban revitalization project, being an outstanding initiative, through which various creative networks converge.

Como parte del calendario oficial de moda de Brasil, Fashion Rio se presenta como una ventana para la industria del pais, la tercer industria. Sucede dos veces al año, el negocio recauda millones  y atrae a miles de visitantes, genera ingresos para los segmentos de, turismo, servicios, hotelería, alimentos y bebidas al por menor de transporte, y etc
Desde el año 2009, bajo la dirección de Luminosidade, Fashion Rio se incluye en el proyecto de revitalización urbana de la ciudad, siendo una iniciativa excelente, a través del cual las diversas redes creativas convergen.
